Every product sold on Anker Accessories is a genuine Anker, soundcore or eufy product. This page explains what our warranty covers and how replacements work.
1-year warranty
All Anker products we sell come with a 1-year official warranty from the date of delivery. If your product develops a manufacturing fault during this period, contact us and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (beyond the product’s stated IP rating), damage caused by incompatible or faulty third-party chargers, or normal wear such as scratches.
3-day replacement for faulty or wrong items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in delivery, or not the item you ordered, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it.
- Keep the original box, accessories and invoice.
- Send us your order number and a short photo or video showing the problem on WhatsApp 0349-0012354.
- We will confirm the replacement and arrange the exchange with you.
